Shortly after Somalian Religion of Peace practitioner Sheik Abubukar Hassan Malin said that "Whoever offends our Prophet Mohammed should be killed on the spot by the nearest Muslim," an elderly Catholic nun who worked in a Somalian hospital was gunned down jihadists.
Sister Leonella Sgorbati, who had been based in Somalia since 2002, was shot in the back by brave Muslim warriors. She died on the operating table.
Seeking retribution for the elderly nun's murder, marauding bands of heavily armed Catholics roamed the streets of Mogadishu, bombing mosques, beating up Muslims and killing clerics while shouting 'Jesus Saves'.
(Yep, I made that last sentence up.)
What motivates Muslims to do the peaceful things they do? This prior post might help answer that question.
